Iliacan

Iliacan, Compañía de Danza de Alvaro de la Peña.

I wouldn´t know how to go back and created a dance as before. For this reason I am so far away from my beginnings, because my origin and my past are in myself and that help me to walk. Because I move away from what I was and I look in what is and what will come. Because I am a child growing up, I keep away from my mother: because the mother is in me.
That work is a situation of scenic adventure, and this movement is forwards, dragging the shadow that is growing behind. It is a kind of travel, symbolic, inside me, a rhythm way, of structures, of space and relationships, a dance travel which I don´t want to repeat and people that are with me always help me.
Named scenes: the house, the departure, the travel, the other, the death, and the sea.
